Hallmark Perspective on the U.S. Postal Service

A robust and stable U.S. Postal Service is vital to the American people, a goal that is threatened by its current financial crisis. Hall, Jr., in 2012 testimony before a joint hearing of the Senate and House subcommittees overseeing postal issues.

A transcript of Hall's testimony and webcast of the session are posted here.
