Shipment Information for Vendors outside Kansas City

Collect Shipments for Hallmark Cards, Inc. from vendors outside a 50-mile radius of Kansas City, MO

PARCEL SHIPMENT INFORMATION:

Prior to entering your shipment information, please determine if your shipment is applicable for parcel shipping.

Parcel shipment criteria:
  • Under 200 lbs.
  • 10 cartons or less
  • Any one carton maximum is to be less than 130 inches combined length and girth (L+2H+2W), and not to exceed 70 lbs.
Ship via FEDEX GROUND "COLLECT":
  • Contact FedEx Ground Customer Service directly at 1-800-231-9219. Ask to be set up as a collect shipper and for instructions in getting set up to ship collect.

LTL and TL SHIPMENT INFORMATION:

  • If your company ships primarily less-than-truckload (LTL) or full truckload (TL) shipments to Hallmark Cards, Inc., please register on the Hallmark Global Transportation website.
  • The registration process is user-friendly and will take only a few minutes to complete. Once registered, you will be given a user number, name and pin number that will allow you to access the Hallmark Global Transportation NTE system to schedule shipments.
  • The system will advise you of the carrier via email once a carrier is selected.
  • Prior to registering, we recommend that you contact your network administrator to set up a distribution email address. This address will allow the carrier notification to be sent to multiple personnel within your organization. This email address will be needed to complete step 2 of the online registration.
  • In order to fully understand how to utilize the system, you can download a tutorial which will walk you through how to input shipments. Access the online tutorial by selecting “Help” on the top right-hand side of the Welcome page. You may also use the online screen level help at any time during your shipment entry.
