Parcel shipment criteria:

• Under 200 lbs.
• 10 cartons or less
• Any one carton maximum is to be less than 130 inches combined length and girth (L+2H+2W), and not to exceed 70 lbs.

Ship via FEDEX GROUND "COLLECT":

• Contact FedEx Ground Customer Service directly at 1-800-231-9219. Ask to be set up as a collect shipper and for instructions in getting set up to ship collect.
  

LTL and TL SHIPMENT INFORMATION – WITHIN THE KC METRO AREA:

• If your shipment is greater than 10 cartons or 200 lbs., please visit the Robinson's Delivery Service website or call 913-281-4952 to coordinate the pick up.
• PLEASE NOTE: If you have a shipment for which you currently contact Graham Ship by Truck for shipments to the Hallmark Cards, Inc. facilities in Lawrence, Leavenworth or Topeka, KS, please continue to follow that practice.
